As AI computing clusters and high‑density data centers expand, the OCP ORV3 standard makes BBU a core part of rack power systems. Conventional single‑channel instruments cannot meet cell‑level verification requirements. This paper describes key BBU test challenges under ORV3 and introduces the ITECH IT2600 multichannel cell simulation test platform. Housed in a 1U chassis with 8 isolated channels, it delivers high‑precision source‑measure, battery and fault simulation, synchronized data logging and multi‑unit expandability, supporting cell‑level and BMS‑level validation of ORV3 BBU for R&D and production.
